Die Wohnung hat zwei etwa gleich große Zimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer. Bisher wurde die Wohnung als 2er Wg genutzt.
Die Zimmer haben einen hellen Laminat Boden und Fenster, wodurch die Räue hell und sehr wohnlich sind. Zurzeit sind die Zimmer noch möbliert (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen), werden aber noch komplett ausgeräumt.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden. Bad besitzt Dusche in der Badewanne. Bad und Küche sind gefliest.
Die Wohnung wurde 2004 vollständig renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in einer Seitenstraße von der Bucherstraße (einer Hauptstraße) an dem die Tram 4 fährt.
In 2 min hat man somit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreicht, wodruch man schnell in Erlangen ist (wichtig für Studenten in Erlangen). Die Nürnberger Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 min erreichbar.
