Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand.
Beim Auszug wird der Vormieter die Wohnung noch streichen und einen neuen PVC in der Küche legen.
EINZUG AB 1. OKT ODER 1. NOV 2016 MÖGLICH.
Ruhige Lage in Wendelstein im Landkreis Roth.
Im Haus wohnen derzeit 2 sehr nette Familien (ohne Kind) und eine alleinerziehende Mutter.
Die Küche kann vom Vormieter für wenig Geld abgelöst werden. Die Wohnatmosphäre im Haus ist sehr kooperativ und mitmenschlich und soll es auch weiter sein.
Eine Mitbenutzung des Gartens ist bei Einverständnis des Mieters aus dem Erdgeschoss möglich (bisher sehr unkompliziert).
