davon sind die zwei Zimmer: 21 m2 + 23 m2.
Der breite Vorraum und der breite Flur sind zusammen ca. 11 m2, die Küche ist dafür ca. 8 m2.
Die Fenster sind groß, und isolieren gut.
Boden ist überall PVC.
Die ganze Wohnung hat nur eine mit Nachbarn gemeinsame Wand.
Der Wohnung gehört ein Keller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4./4 OG. Aufzug gibt es. Alles in der nähe:
- U2, U3, Bus 36, Tram 8
- Penny, Rewe, Beckereien, Norma, Edeka
- DM, Rossmann, EuroShop, Kik, BRK Secondhand-Laden
- Post, Tankstellen, Metropolis Kino, TH, Fitnessstudio, Commerzbank, Sparkasse

Auch Whörder Wiese und die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Fenster sind gen Osten orientiert, morgens bekommt also die Wohnung lange direkte Sonnenlicht, aber auch spätnachmittags kommt das Reflektlicht rein. (Mit der Rollos sind die Zimmer ja voll zu verdunkeln.)
Die Wohnung war bis jetzt nichtraucher, es lebte hier kein Haustier.
Ablösevereinbarung: Da ich weitweg ziehe, lasse ich die Möbel und Haushaltsgeräte in der Wohnung. (Liste beim Besuch.)
