- 2 bedrooms (one is larger than the other one and has therefore also a bigger bed)

daher ist es sehr ruhig.
- Innenstadt 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen
- Rathenauplatz (3 Gehminuten entfernt)
- Parks (Wöhrder See und Wiese, Cramer-Klett Park, Stadtpark)
- Bäcker , Supermärkte, alles quasi ums Eck.
- TH und UNI (Wiso) ca 10 Min entfernt.
- Bahnhof ca 10-15 Min
Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, keine Extrakosten oder Mieterparkplätze.

Ich suche einen Untermieter, da ich vorübergehend im Ausland bin.
