The apartment will be offered for sublease for a maximum of three months.
It is in the fifth floor of a renovated old house with nice wooden beams as decoration elements. It is perfect for one person but you could also stay as a couple. Please note, that due to the open Maisonette style, there is no real privacy in no room.
All furniture as on the pictures will stay in the apartment and you have access to a coffee mashine, and a washing mashine. The furniture has been bought in 2020/2021, so everything is only about a year old. A desk and monitor for home office are available (see pictures). All other amenities are in the apartment as well.
Parking is available in front of the house.
It is located close to the city center of Nuremberg (about a 10 minutes walk to the main market) and only one subway station away from the main train station in Nuremberg. All public transportation is available (bus, subway, Tier Scooters…). The neighborhood is rather quiet with close access to the fuzzy city center. In the other direction, there is a huge park and a lake (Wöhrder Wiese and Lake) only 5 minutes by foot away, which is perfect to escape from the city especially in spring time. There are some Restaurants (Vietnamese, Italian, German) in close walking distance, and many more options in the city. A supermarket (Rewe, Edeka and Denn’s Bio) is also about 10 minutes by foot. Lieferando and Flink do also
deliver everything you may need. It is the perfect place to stay in when you are new to the city and looking for a permanent place to stay.
A video call would work best on the weekend of the 15th/16th of January.

The dishwasher is currently broken unfortunately, but you may wash the dishes in the sink. Maybe a new one will arrive shortly.
Electricity and water are paid by me, I will ask for a fixed price from you for the sublease.
I will hand out a sublease contract for the determined period of time.
