A quiet student (student) is sought for 1 room in a 2 room apartment. The room is fully furnished and has a desk.
From the end of October to the beginning of June, the apartment stands for exclusive use.
The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen (with seating area) and a bathroom with bathtub / WC / sink. All rooms have windows.
The apartment is fully mobilized (a washing machine is located in the kitchen).
In the apartment there is a small dog (Bolonka Zwetna ), in the house there are 2 other small dogs (also Bolonka ).
There is a very good and close neighborhood relationship, help can be requested here at any time.
The bus stop is a few meters away. The bus runs directly to the Potsdam-Rehbrücke station.
The train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (also train connection to Berlin) , the motorway entrance in about 5 min .
The house is surrounded by a large garden, seating furniture are available. The possibility for a bicycle is given, parking is in front of the house.
A cellar for drying laundry is available and laundry lines are also available in the garden.
There are cheap shopping possibilities ( REWE and ALDI) both are in approx. 10 min walking distance.
Various other shops such as restaurant, bank, pharmacy, doctors, clothing etc. are also on site.
A continuation and/or change in rental times can be negotiated.
The apartment can be visited by appointment.

Gesucht wird eine ruhige Studentin ( Student ) für 1 Zimmer in einer 2 Raum Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und mit einem Schreibtisch versehen.
Von Ende Oktober bis Anfang Juni , steht die Wohnung zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Küche ( mit Sitzgelegenheit ) und ein Bad mit Badewanne / WC / Waschbecken. Alle Räume haben Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist komplett mobiliert ( eine Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Küche ) . WLAN und Festnetztelefon sind vorhanden.
In der Wohnung hält sich ein kleiner Hund ( Bolonka Zwetna ) auf , im Haus gehören 2 weitere kleine Hunde ( ebenfalls Bolonka ) zur Nachbarschaft.
Es besteht ein sehr gutes und enges Nachbarschaftsverhältnis , Hilfen können hier jederzeit angefordert werden.
Die Bushaltestelle ist wenige Meter entfernt. Der Bus fährt direkt bis zum Bahnhof Potsdam-Rehbrücke.
Der Bahnhof ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ( dort auch Zugverbindung nach Berlin) , die Autobahnauffahrt in ca. 5 min .
Das Haus ist von einem großen Garten umgeben , Sitzmöbel sind vorhanden. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für ein Fahrrad ist gegeben , Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich vor dem Haus.
Ein Keller zum Wäsche trocknen ist vorhanden und auch im Garten sind Wäscheleinen verfügbar.
Es gibt günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( REWE und ALDI ) beide sind in ca. 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen.
Auch diverse andere Geschäfte wie Restaurant, Bank, Apotheke,Ärzte, Bekleidung usw. befinden sich vor Ort.
Über eine Weiterführung und/oder Änderung der Mietzeiten kann verhandelt werden.
