Da ich ab Januar für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe, wird meine Wohnung in Bloherfelde für 5 Monate frei. Die Wohnung hat zwei helle Zimmer + Bad + Küche, ist ca. 39 qm groß und hat einen großzügigen Südbalkon (2. OG). Die Möbel werden für die Zeit natürlich in der Wohnung bleiben, sodass du sofort hier mit allem Zubehör (z.B. Waschmaschine) einziehen kannst ☺. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, aber ein Pärchen könnte bequem hier wohnen.
Die Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt (Linie 309; Dauer: ca. 10 Minuten) ist direkt vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Irma, Aldi) in direkter Umgebung. Mit dem Rad brauchst du ca. 10 Minuten zur Uni und 3 Minuten zur Bepo (Polizeiakademie).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 325 Euro + Strom (48€), GEZ (17,89€) und Internet/Telefonflatrate (29,95€). Insgesamt beläuft sich der monatliche Mietpreis also auf insgesamt 420€.
