Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und eine Loggia, die alle sehr lichtdurchflutet sind. Die Loggia ist von beiden Zimmern aus zu erreichen.
Neben der Küche befindet sich noch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche, die am besten auch übernommen werden sollte. Auch zur Übernahme von einzelnen Möbelstücken aus den Zimmern sind wir bereit. Auch die Waschmaschine sollte neben der Küche übernommen werden.
Uni und Innenstadt sind gut von der Wohnung erreichbar. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufmöglichkeiten, die auch alle zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Auto gut erreichbar sind. Zu den nächsten Bushaltestellen benötigt man 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort aus sind Uni und Innenstadt jeweils mit 3 Haltestellen erreichbar.
