Die Wohnung verfühgt über Küche (EBK), Bad, kleiner Flur, Abstellraum i.d. Wohnung und zwei gleichgroße Wohn- und Schlafräume.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles bis auf Strom und ein Parkplatz enthalten. Kabelanschluss muss selber bestellt werden. Ansonsten ist TV auch über DVB-T möglich. DSL ist bis zu 16.000 möglich. Die Innenstadt ist 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist sehr nah und Ärzte sowie eine Apotheke ist auch nicht fern.
WG-Tauglichkeit muss selber beurteilt werden. Zudem muss hier der Vermieter zustimmen.
