Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Universität und der FH, die Innenstadt erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und familiär.
