Hallo,
schweren Herzens gebe ich meine 43qm große 1,5 Zi-Whg auf. Sie befindet sich in Eversten, geht über 2 Etagen, ist im Dachgeschoss, sehr hell und gut geschnitten, bodenlange Fenster, mit Südwest-Balkon, offener Miniküche, Duschbad und Stellplatz für ein Auto. Im Haus ist ein Waschraum, wo Waschmaschinen gegen Gebühr genutzt werden können. Auch der Kühlschrank wird vom Vermieter gestellt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi fast vor dem Haus.
Die Miete beträgt zur Zeit 390,- (270 Kaltmiete und 120 Nebenkosten). Zudem wird eine Kaution fällig (bei mir damals 540,-).
Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10-15min entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist ab 1.10. frei. Bedingung wäre, dass sie im bestehenden Zustand übernommen wird (Wände sind weiß und noch sehr gut).
