Da ich mit meinem Partner zusammenziehe, suche ich zum 01.06.2014 einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Innenstadt am Pferdemarkt. In der Wohnung wurde 2011 hochwertiges Laminat verlegt (Optik: alte Eiche). Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Das Bad mit Fenster hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss. Der Balkon ist südöstlich ausgerichtet und bietet Platz für zwei Stühle und einen Tisch sowie Pflanzen. Zur Wohnung gehört die Hälfte einer Garage, statt Keller. Ein Fahrradschuppen ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Miete beträgt 386 Euro (inkl. NK) plus Strom und Gas (ca. 80 Euro).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Pferdemarkt. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Busanbindungen, Wochenmarkt und Programm Kino in direkter Nähe. Genauso wie Kneipen, Bars, Shopping- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka und Penny sind quasi vor der Haustür.
