Kaltmiete beiträgt 350€ plus Nebenkosten 155€, zzgl. Internet und Strom. Sie können alles was im Haus gibt benutzen.
Die Miete zeitraum ist 15. Februar 2018 bis 15. März 2018. Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten und geignet auch für Paar. Innenstadt zum fuß 10 Minuten und 10 Minuten mit Fahrrad zur Uni.

I'm looking for a temporary tenant to rent out my beautiful 2-room apartment which is 55 m2 big and completely furnished. You are of course free to use all applicances in the house including the oven, washing machine and the internet as well. The overall rent comes to 505 € excluding electricity and internet. The deposit is negotiable and I am slightly flexible with the dates of renting out my apartment.
The apartment is ideal for students, couples or to be used as a shared flat as well since it's very spacious. The city centre is a 10 minute walk and it's a 10 minute bike ride to the University.
