Da ich Oldenburg aufgrund eines Praktikums für 3 Monate verlassen werde biete ich meine Wohnung vom 1.April bis zum 30.Juni zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, Bad, Küche und einem Schlaf-/Wohnbereich mit großer Fensterfront und großem Balkon.
Möbel bleiben bis auf den Fernseher in der Wohnung. Im Keller befindet sich zudem eine eigene Waschmaschine. Internet ist auch im Preis enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist eine Minute von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und ca. 500 Meter vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 3 km, also kann bequem alles mit dem Fahrrad erledigt werden.
Es muss nicht zwingend der ganze Zeitraum gemietet werden, es lässt sich auch über einen kürzeren Zeitraum sprechen.
