Hey!
Da ich berufsbedingt schnellstmöglich umziehen muss, suche ich ab Ende Februar/Mitte März einen ruhigen Nachmieter für meine ca. 50m² große 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem 3 Parteien Altbau.
Es liegen tolle helle Dielen in der gesamten Wohnung, die Decken sind schön hoch und das Bad ist modern und weiß gefliest.
Die zwei Zimmer sind fast gleich groß und somit auch WG tauglich.
Die Küche ist recht geräumig und so wie die restliche Wohnung schön hell.
Derzeit bezahle ich 250 Euro Kaltmiete
plus 25 Euro Nebenkosten (Wasser, Müll, Winterdienst,etc.... aber ohne Kabel-TV)
und etwa 100 Euro an die EWE für Strom und Gas.
INSGESAMT 375 Euro (muss aber mit der Vermieterin noch einmal besprochen werden).
Ganz, ganz, ganz toll wäre es, wenn jemand meine fast neue Küche übernimmt.
Sie besteht aus insg. 3,60 m Unterschränken in heller Birkenachbildung mit grauer Arbeitsplatte, einer 2 Platten Edelstahl Kochmulde und einem Kühlschrank in Edelstahloptik.
(VHB 220 Euro)
Evtl. kann auch die Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Umluftfunktion (Edelstahl) und meine Waschmaschine mit übernommen werden. (VHB 230 Euro)
