Ich möchte meine Wohnung ab August 2013 für ca. 1 Jahr vermieten!
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wurde im Juni letzten Jahres komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung ist 52 qm. groß, befindet sich im EG, hat zwei gleichgroße Zimmer ein Tageslicht Badezimmer mit Wanne und einen sehr großzügigen Balkon mit Südrichtung. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Kellerraum.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, es befindet sich aber ca. 100 m entfernt eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr guten Anbindungen in die Oldenburger Innenstadt.
Zur Uni Oldenburg sind es ca. 4 km
Falls gewünscht, kann ein Garagenstellplatz für monatlich 25,00 € angemietet werden.
