Die Wohnung ist 78,3 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat somit im Sommer ein sehr angenehmes Klima.
Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben eine Größe von 14, 9 und 8 Quadratmeter. Außerdem gibt es auch ein großes Wohnzimmer/ Gemeinschaftsraum. Zudem besitzt die Wohnung ein relativ großes Kellerabteil.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Mit Feiern und etwas lauteren Abenden haben wir bislang keine Probleme gehabt.
Die Busanbindung ist innerhalb 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es fährt 3 mal pro Stunde ein Bus in die Stadt. Zur Uni braucht man mit Bus sowie mit Rad etwa 15 Minuten.
5 Minuten mit Fahrrad von der Wohnung befindet sich ein Edeka.
Es können gerne Möbelstücke nach Rücksprache übernommen werden!
