es handelt sich um eine Maisonettwohnung, die aufgrund der unter den Dachschrägen nicht mit in die qm zahl eingerechneten Fläche deutlich größer ist als die 56qm suggerieren. Die Wohnung ist gut Schallgedämmt, wenn das Fenster oder die Balkontür offen stehen hört man jedoch die vielbefahrene Straße. Für die Küche (Schränke, Spülmaschiene, Kühlschrank, Eisfach) ist eine Abstandszahlung von 250 euro geboten. Optional haben wir noch eine Waschmaschiene und Regale anzubieten, ist aber nicht obligatorisch. Ihr könnte jederzeit einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Keine Kaution und keine Provision, möglicherweise kommt ne Mieterhöhung auf euch zu, ich erfrag nochmal wie hoch die ausfallen könnte. Wir zahlen immoment etwa 550 euro insgesamt, also mit Strom, Telefon, Heizung

Die Wohnung liegt 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Uni und 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. 3 Supermärkte und Banken um die Ecke.
