Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, dazu eine richtige Küche (extra Raum mit Tür), ein Bad, Flur und ein Balkon.
Für mein Studium musste ich leider weg ziehen und suche jetzt einen Nachmieter.

Einkaufen gleich um die Ecke. Döner-Laden auch gleich um die Ecke. Uni keine 5 Minuten mit dem Rad, Innenstadt auch keine 5 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist recht ruhig, es stört aber auch nicht, wenn man mal bisschen (mehr) feiert! ;-)
Die Nebenkosten von 150€ habe ich bezahlt, aber hab auch ~240€ wieder bekommen. Sind also nur 130€.
Strom holt sich jeder selber. Internet auch. Die Wohnung ist Kabel-Vorbereitet, nur anrufen und es geht mit bis zu 100MBit/s los!
Suche Nachmieter zum 15., aber da ich schon raus bin, könntet ihr den Schlüssel auch eher bekommen.
