Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Altstadt zur Zwischenmiete /Cozy 2-room flat in the Old Town for temporary let

Wegen eines Austauschsemesters vermieten wir unsere geliebte 2-Zimmerwohnung in der Altstadt Osnabrück bis Ende Juni zur Zwischenmiete. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit ca. 60m², die jedoch deutlich größer wirkt. Zusätzlich zu den zwei Zimmern gibt es ein drittes, unbeheiztes Zimmer, das daher offiziell nur als Kellerraum zählt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (3. Stock).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert mit Küche, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Gästebett, sowie 2 Schreibtischen. WLan ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist vom Schnitt her eher für Paare/Einzelpersonen geeignet, kann aber dank der vorhandenen Möblierung genauso als WG genutzt werden. Von hier hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt :) Wir hoffen, es gefällt euch ebenso gut wie uns.

Due to an exchange semester, we sublet our beloved 2-room apartment in the old town of Osnabrück until the end of June for interim rent. It is an apartment with about 60m², but it seems much bigger. In addition to the two rooms, there is a third, unheated room, which therefore officially counts only as a basement room.
The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor).
The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and an extra guest bed, and 2 desks, Wifi etc. Regarding size and shape of the rooms rather suitable for couples / single persons but can be used as a shared flat, as well, thanks to the existing furniture. From here you have a very nice view of the roofs of the old town :) We hope you like it as much as we do.
