da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, suche ich auf diesem Wege Nachmieter für meine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer , Küche, Bad mit Dusche und einen großen, frisch renovierten Balkon.
Im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gibt es Laminat, in der Küche und in der Diele weiße Fliesen. Die Wohnung hat cirka 45 m und ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Sie ist ab dem 01. Juni, 15. Juni oder später zu haben.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man hat die Haltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus 41, 42 fährt man 5-6 Min zum Neumarkt, zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten.
Das Auto kann man sehr gut vor dem Haus , an der Straße parken oder besteht Möglichkeit eine Garage anzumieten.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett, die Vermieter wohnen in Sutthausen und sind hilfsbereit falls man Hilfe braucht. Es gibt im Haus 7 Wohneinheiten.
