Bad mit Dusche, und Zugang zu einer Münz-Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist zwar ein eigener Raum, aber sehr klein. Beide Zimmer haben zwei große Fenster, die Wohnung ist darum angenehm hell. Außerdem haben die Fenster Außenrolladen. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze, dahinter einen Fahrradunterstand.
Auch wenn die Wohnung am Rande eines kleinen Industriegebietes liegt, hört man davon nichts, die benachbarten Betriebe sind alle sehr leise, und am Wochenende wird nicht gearbeitet. Auch von den Nachbarn hört man wenig.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die 71 und 72 fahren direkt zum Neumarkt. Fahrweg mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt sind 20-30 Minuten. Sparkasse und Apotheke sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Edeka und Aldi mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten.
Ich wohne seit zwei Jahren in dieser Wohnung, und ziehe nur aus, weil ich eine passende WG gefunden habe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, und wohnt direkt nebenan.
