I'll be moving back to Berlin for an intership of 6 months. if I find a real job there afterwards I wouldn't come back to Paris at all. That is why there are several discussable option to rent my appartment: 1) sublet the appartement for 875E (all inkl.) until ca. april. 2) sublet the appartement for 875E (all inkl.) until ca. april and afterwards take over my contract and furniture or 3) take over my contract and furniture now. And here is all about the appartment: beautiful 2 room appartement in Paris on the charming and authentic rue de la chine in Gambetta. SERGE GAINSBOURG used to live in the same building until the age of 4!!! 2 rooms of 27m2 on the 4th floor with lots of sun and a balcony at both rooms. In winter you'll be happy about the strong electric heating. There's DSL flat/ Tel flat to all french and international home lines. The kitchen is seperate and there's a living room with a beautiful art nouveau chimney. As I am taking my matress with me there is now 1 single bed left but otherwise the appartement is perfectly suitable for two people. Luxury and necessare ins Paris: the bike garage! And on top of it the nicest landlord in the world! If your interested send me a message with a few details about you and your phone number or call me. Die Wohnung liegt in der rue de la Chine im 20e Arrondissement. Die Ecke ist wohl die schönste Ecke im ganzen Arrondissement und eine der authentischsten Orte in Paris. Noch gibt es relativ wenige Touristen, dafür aber eine bunt gemischte Bevölkerung. Davon dass das 20. Arondissment eigentlich das ärmste Viertel von Paris ist, ist rund um die rue de la Chine nichts zu merken. Im Gegenteil die rue de la Chine liegt genau zwischen den zwei Trend-Vierteln der Stadt Menilmontant/ Oberkampf und der rue de Bagnolet.
Wer das Viertel trotzdem mal verlassen möchte, kann das ganz einfach: die metro Station Gambetta ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und der Bus sogar noch näher. Wer noch studiert und hin und wieder zur Bibliotheque Nationale muss, erreicht diese ganz leicht mit dem Bus 64. Nach nur 10 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Rad ist man auch im Butte Chaumont Park, wer noch weniger Aufwand will, um sich ins Gras zu legen, findet zwei Mini-Grünflächen gleich um die Ecke.
Wie schon gesagt hat Serge Gainsbourgh früher im gleichen Haus gelebt, das ist schon ein kleines Highlight! Was ich nicht so gerne möchte, sind Haustiere und geraucht werden sollte bitte nur auf dem Balkon und ganz ganz toll wäre es, wenn Ihr vielleicht alle paar Wochen mal meine Pflanzen giesen könntet. Und noch mal zur Erinnerung: Ihr könnt über alle Mietoptionen, Dauer, Möbel und so weiter mit mir reden.
