Die Wohnung ist zwar ziemlich klein, hat aber ein richtiges Bad und eine richtige Kueche und ist sehr gut geschnitten. Sie ist optimal fuer eine Person. Die wohnung ist in der 6 etage, dadurch sehr hell ( 4 grosse fenster + ein kleines) und ist zu zwei verschiedenen Hoefen hin orientiert ( sehr ruhig!) Sonnig. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ein typischer Pariser Altbau. die Wohnung ist in guten zustand.
Es gibt kein Aufzug, keine Waschmaschine aber viele Waschsalons in der Naehe.

Das haus liegt am square Montholon, ein sehr nettes Quartier von Paris. Die Gegend ist eher eine Wohn und Familien gegend,am Platz sind einigie Restaurants und cafés, sehr sicheres Quartier. Ganz nah (fuer mehr Infos steh ich gern zu Verfuegung) viele Ausgehmoeglichkeiten . rue des Martyres weniger als 10 min zu fuss, Bis zum Sacre Coeur maximal zu Fuss 15 min. ziemlich zentral gelegen, nicht weit von Canal St.Martin, vom Quartier Montorgieul, Opera..
M 7 ( ca 3 min zu fuss), nahe zu Gare de l Est/du nord ( 10 min zu Fuss)
viele Velib stationen...
viele Supermaerkte,( weniger als 5 min zu fuss) ein Wochenmarkt..
