The two rooms are furnitured with a big table, a closet and a very comfortable bed. We will leave you blanket and bedcovers. The flat is small, but cozy, we love living here. It has a nice wooden floor. Both rooms are about 12 sm, and have one big window each and an electric heater. The kitchen has a big fridge , two stoves and is equipped with everything you need. The shower and toilet are separate from each other. The apartment is very nice for a couple, for a single person but also for a collocation.
We live in Barbes, a wonderful lively mixed neighborhood, we love the life in the streets here. Mont Martre and Sacre Coeur are reachable within a 10 min footwalk while passing nice cafés and bookstores. Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are both within foot walking reach as well. There are several supermarkets and 2nHand-Stores, Subcultural Cafés, Bakeries Bars everywhere around us.
Metro Station: Barbes-Rouchechouart (4 and 2), Mercadet-Poissoniers (Metro 4 and 12), Public Bike Stations are in every neighboring street
You can either rent the entire apartment or one room of it.
