Bright and cosy Parisian flat close to Montmartre

Hi there !
I’m subletting my flat for 4 to 6 months close to the metro Guy Môquet between the 17th and 18th arrondissement of Paris. It’s on the 6th floor (there’s an levator) very warm, cosy, bright and furnished.

~ The room

There is a comfortable double bed couch, tiny tables and stools. For music lovers, there is a vintage vinyl turntable, for French literature lovers there are plenty of books. Also, I’ll leave an empty closet, clean bedsheets and towels :)

~ The kitchen

There is everything you need to make a Ratatouille (the movie) remake ! The oven is quite small but perfect for a Sunday chicken or a pizza on lazy days.

~ The bathroom
The smallest room but very cute with its shower (very good water pressure), toilets and sink.

~ Neighborhood

It’s very well located, close to Montmartre and Pigalle which is nice to have sunny walks and there are full possibilities to have a drink or parties. Five minutes walk, there’s one of the best bakery (organic!) in town to have good French baguette, croissant and flan (trust me, you have to try this!). Super nice cave à vins, organic stores and cosy cafés, bars and restaurants. It’s possible to do anything you want without losing times in the subway and bicycles are safe in this area.

~ Rent
It’s 700 € all included (electricity, wifi, water and insurance) and I’ll ask for a rent as deposit. I’ll appreciate a clean and very respectful tenant that I can trust :)
