I rent my charming 2 pièces from the 1st September until the end of June: in 35m², you have a small but separeted and furnished kitchen, a very bright living room and a bedroom with double bed (the sofa of the living room can be also converted in a double bed).
Situated at the 7th floor (with elevator) of an ancient building, the flat is very quiet, bright and charming, with his parquet and cheminées.
The rent is 1100 € month. Students may touch the CAF.
The flat is 10 minutes walk from Quartier Latin-rue Mouffetard, Jardin des Plantes, Bastille and very well connected with transports – metro (n. 5, 6, 7), bus (n. 27, 67), Vélib station just nearby. Ideal location to discover Paris from a lively arrondissement away from mainstream tourism or to work/study in Bibliothèque Nationale.
The flat is very nice and recently renovated: it is not allowed to smoke in it and I really appreciate persons who would take care of it.
