Wir lösen unsere Studenten-WG auf. Die 3 Zimmer-Wohnung ist sowohl für eine Familie als auch für eine WG geeignet. Wir haben die Zimmer so aufgeteilt, dass wir zwei jeder sein eigenes Zimmer haben und das dritte wird von uns als Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Gerne würden wir alle unsere Möbel in den 3 Zimmern, sowie die komplette Kücheneinrichtung inkl. Elektrogeräte und die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer (siehe Bilder) gegen Bezahlung abgeben.
Die Zimmer sind alle ca. gleich groß, daher auch ideal um als WG darin zu wohnen.
In der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Balkon, sowie ein Abstellschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt von Pforzheim. Man genießt eine perfekte Busverbindung sowohl an die Hochschule an der Tiefenbronnerstrasse als auch in die Stadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist innerhalb von 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hochschule für Gestaltung liegt ca 400 Meter zu Fuß entfernt. .
Der Weg in die Innenstadt von Pforzheim so wie eigentliche alle Bars, Pubs, Clubs sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.
