Urlaub im noch weitgehend unentdeckten Nordportugal?
Wir sind den Juli bis Mitte August auf "Urlaub" zuhause in Deutschland und vermieten daher unsere Wohnung in Porto unter.
Die Wohnung ist im 4.OG und ist groß und hell, hat Parkettboden und einen verglasten Wintergarten nach Süden mit Blick auf die Berge rund um das Douro-Tal, vollausgestattete Küche, Bad und WC. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Esstisch. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Matratzen. In das Arbeitszimmer können bei Bedarf zwei weitere Matratzen gelegt werden (Es ist also ausreichend Platz für 4 Leute, zwei Päarchen oder eine Familie mit Kindern.)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Av. Rodrigues de Freitas, 3 min, von der Kunsthochschule entfernt, deren Studenten das Viertel mitprägen. Ribeira, die Altstadt, das Flußufer und die bekannteste Einkaufsmeile der Stadt, die Rua Santa Catarina sind in weniger als 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Metro Campo 24 Agosto ist 3min entfernt.
Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und Cafes in direkter Nähe.
