Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Albert-Einstein-Straße für 7 Wochen unter (15.03. - 03.05.2017). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer, Kinder-/ Arbeitszimmer, Küche (Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler), Badezimmer (mit Fenster und Badewanne) und Balkon und ist ca. 65m² groß. Hinterm Haus befindet sich ein Garten mit Feuerstelle, Wäschespinne, Tischtennisplatte und Kinderspielplatz, den alle Bewohner des Hauses nutzen können. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sanierte Altbauwohnung, die Wände haben eine Höhe von ca. 3,5m. Bei Bedarf kann eine große 2-Personenmatratze in das Kinder-/ Arbeitszimmer gelegt werden. Die Wohnung hat daher 2-5 Schlafplätze und ist besonders geeignet für Familien oder Pärchen.
We're renting our beautiful 3 room flat in Albert-Einstein-Straße for 7 weeks (15.03.-03.05.2017). The flat has a bedroom, a big living room, a fully equipped nursery that can be used as a study too, a kitchen (built-in kitchen with dishwasher), bath room (with window and bathtub) and a balcony. Behind the house there is a garden with a fireplace, a rotary dryer, a table tennis table and a playground, which can be used by all tenants. The house is a modernized old building, the walls are about 3,5meters high. We have a mattress for two persons if it’s necessary. The flat has 2-5 sleeping places and is very suitable for families or couples.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Potsdamer Hauptbahnhof entfernt, von dort fährt alle paar Minuten ein Bus oder eine Straßenbahn in die historische Innenstadt. Alle 30 Minuten fährt eine Regionalbahn nach Berlin (20 Minuten zum Zoologischen Garten, 25 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 33 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz), die S-Bahn nach Babelsberg und Berlin fährt alle 10 Minuten. Direkt vor der Wohnung gibt es ebenfalls eine Bushaltestelle. In den Arcaden am Hauptbahnhof kann man wunderbar Lebensmittel und alles Weitere einkaufen. Oberhalb unseres Wohnhauses befindet sich der Telegrafenberg, der von einem großen Wald mit Kletterpark und diversen Forschungszentren umgeben ist. Man erreicht daher sehr schnell die Potsdamer und Berliner Innenstadt, kann aber ebenfalls die Natur und Ruhe im Garten und im Wald genießen. In dem Wald kann man wunderbar spazieren oder joggen gehen
Our flat is located 8 minutes by foot from the Potsdam main station. From there you can take a bus or tram to the historical city center. A train is going to Berlin every 30 minutes (it needs 20 minutes to Zoologischer Garten, 25 minutes to the main station and 33 minutes to Alexanderplatz). The S-Bahn to Babelsberg and Berlin is leaving every 10 minutes. In front of the flat you can find a bus station as well. In the arcades on the central station you can buy food and everything else. Further above our house there is the Telegrafenberg, which is surrounded by a big forest with a climbing park and some research centres. From the flat you can reach the centre of Potsdam and Berlin very fast. Also you can enjoy the beauty and the silence of the nature in the garden and in the forest. The forest is perfect to take a walk or to go jogging.
Keine Weitergabe an Dritte, keine Beherbergung von Dritten. Der Mieter sollte ordentlich und zuverlässig sein, keine Partys geben und sich an die vorgegebenen Ruhezeiten halten. Miete und Kaution sind vorab zu entrichten. Im Notfall wird eine dritte Partei einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung haben. Außerdem muss der Mieter eine in Deutschland gültige Haftpflichtversicherung besitzen.

The tenant shall be clean and reliable, hold no parties and respect the downtimes. Rent and deposit will have to be payed completely in advance. To prevent misuse of the flat, a third party might check on the flat during the tenancy. The person will also have keys in case of any emergencies. The tenant needs a valid liability insurance which covers possible damages that exceed the deposit sum.
