Die Wohnfläche beläuft sich auf 70m², neben einer kleinen Küche und einem kleinen Badezimmer gibt es ein Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer und einen großen Balkon. Die Küche bietet Sitzgelegenheit für zwei Personen, eine Küchenzeile mit vier Herdplatten, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler sowie einigen Elektrogeräten (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Radio, Smotiemaker). Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Das 12 m² große Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,40m breites Bett, einen alten Schrank, eine Kommode, einen kleinen Schreibtisch und einen 42Zoll Bildschirm der mit einem Chromcast und zwei Lautprechern verbunden ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit seinen 4 Meter hohen Decken, etwa 25 m² Fläche, Kronleuchter und Stuck der imposanteste Raum. Hier steht ein großer Esstisch, eine Schlafcouch, ein Regal, eine Truhe, ein altes OP Schränkchen und unsere Musikinstrumente. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man Zugang zum Balkon, der etwa 10 m² bemisst und mit Tisch, Bank und vier Stühlen ausgestattet ist und auch von ein paar Pflanzen bewohnt wird.
The living area is 70m². The apartment is devided into a small kitchen, a small bathroom, a 12m² bedroom and a very spacious living room of around 25 – 30m². Additionally there is a large balcony with a table and a chairs. The kitchen has space for a table with two chairs, a stove, an oven, a fridge, dishwasher and other electronic kitchen equipment (toaster, water heater, radio, smoothiemaker, etc.). The bathroom has a shower and a washingmashine. The bedroom is appoited with a 140cm x 200cm bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a small desk. On the dresser is a 42 inch TV with two speaker and a chromcast (also possible to be used via HDMI). The most impressive room is the livingroom with its 4m high ceiling plastering and a chandelier. It is funished with a large dining table, a sofa bed, a large shelf, a wooden chest and a bunch of music instruments. The livingroom gives you access to the 10 m² balcony.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in Potsdam West in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Chalottenhof, einer Trammhaltestelle, sowie Bushaltestellen. An der Havelpromenade und im Park Sansouci ist man in unter 10 Minuten und auch die historische Innenstadt ist fußläufig in etwa 15 Minuten erreichabr. In der Straße sind mehrere kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Cafes und Bars.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus von drei Parteien sowie einer Kampfkunstschule und ist im ersten Stock bzw. Hochpaterre gelegen. Wir dürfen uns über sehr liebe Nachbarn und einen gemeinschaftlichen Fahrradkeller freuen.
We are living in Potsdam West, close to the train station Potsdam Charlottenhof, a tram station and bus stops with good conection to the Campus Neues Palais. The promenade at the river Havel and the beautiful Park Sanssouci can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Also the historical city center is within walking distance. In our street there are several small stores for daily necessities as well as some cafes and bars.
The house has three apartments and a martial arts school in the ground floor. Our apartment is located at the first floor. We are glad to have really friedly neighbours and a shared bicycle storage room.
Da wir für ein halbes Jahr auf Reisen gehen, wollen wir unsere schöne Wohnung gerne in der Zwischenzeit an liebe, zuverlässige Menschen übergeben. Wir sind von Mitte Mai bis Mitte November unterwegs und würden die Wohnung möbliert und je nach Absprache auch mit Haushaltsgeräten, Küchenutensilien und/oder derartigem zurücklassen.
Die Gesamtmiete von 940 Euro beinhaltet auch GEZ, Strom und Internet.
Bei Interesse und Fragen melde dich gerne bei uns! Auch wenn die Zeitspanne nicht ideal passen sollte, sind wir bereit gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden.
We are heading for a 6 month bike trip. Therefore we want to sublet our beautiful apartment to nice and reliable people. Our journey starts in mid of may and we will be back in mid of november. We would hand over the apartment fully furnished and the houshold equipment (apliance for cleaning, cooking, sleeping) is free to use if you like.
For the apartments and all running costs includind GEZ, internet and electricity we pay 940€ in total.
