I am leaving for few dates this summer, and I am looking for someone interested in a short term rent of my 69m² apartment in Nusle, Prague 4, next to Fidlovačce park, between Grobovka park and Folimanka park. Apartment has big bedroom, bigger living room, kitchen and 2 toilets. Fully equipped and furnished.
I am asking 40€/day.
Apartment location is great, very green area: 4 parks at your door steps, shops, restaurants including one of the best pizza places in Prague (Frankie's pizza), and tram lines to any direction at 50m.
I will give you all the tips you need to explore and move around Prague.
I would prioritize requests for the exact dates.
There will be personal belongings of mine in the apartment but I'll make sure to make room for your stuff.
I will provide sheets and towels.
I can offer online viewing.
Only serious inquiries: this is my apartment and I will audit you before handing the keys.
