Suchen dringend Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung. Hier muss man Nie Heizen! hatten die Heizung nicht einmal an! und immer ca 22°C!!!! dem entsprechend bekommt man viel von den Stadtwerken zurück! ;) Liegt an der moderen Isolierung, Sanierung und Renovierung die erst im Sep. 08 abgeschlossen wurde! Gebäude ist echt schön und sicher, z.B. komplett Kameraüberwacht usw. Schöner Blick auf die Düsseldorfer Skyline vom Balkon!
Würden auf wunsch ein paar Dinge da lassen! sowie einen großen kleiderschrank, den allerdings gegen einen geringen Abstand!
