Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine schöne Wohnung in Baindt. Frei ist sie von Juli bis Dezember, allerdings wäre auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum möglich.
Es ist eine Einliegerwohnung und mit über 70qm mehr als großzügig. Das 25 qm große Wohn- bzw Schlafzimmer sowie das 15qm große zweite Zimmer können möbliert übernommen werden (nicht die selben Möbel wie auf dem Foto).
Baindt ist etwa 10 Minuten von Ravensburg entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man super schnell in Ravensburg oder Weingarten.
Mit dem Bus (5 min zu Fuß) ist man in 15-20 Minuten in Weingarten und in 25 Minuten in Ravensburg.
Im Ort befinden sich alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Banken, CAP, Pizzeria, Apotheke,,,) und der nächste REWE in Baienfurt ist auch nicht einmal 2 km entfernt.
Die Miete beträgt 500€ und wäre direkt an den Vermieter zu zahlen.
