Hi, a single room is up for long term rent from 1st October.
You will be living with very friendly roomates: Tsai from Taiwan. The 3 other rooms will be free and would most likely be taken over by people who are working. There is a cleaning plan which changes every week which I will explain to you during the viewing.
The nearest bus stop is 6 minutes away by foot and it will take you to the Hauptbahnhof in 20-25 minutes. The house has been rennovated by the landlord 2 years ago and if there is any problem they take care of it. There are 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet/bathroom. So there is usually no queue for their usage. There is also a washing machine and it is free to be used anytime.
The rent is fixed, no additional cost.
