Die Wohnung ist auch ideal für eine 2er WG geeignet durch ihre gleichgroßen Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2en Stock.
Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist zu Fuß in 5min in der Innenstadt. Dazu befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, mit dieser kommt man sowohl schnell zum Bahnhof als auch zum DEZ. Der Weg zur Uni beansprucht ungefähr 15min und ist sowohl mit dem Rad als auch dem Bus gut zu bestreiten.
Es ist ein Waschkeller vorhanden, der auch genutzt werden darf.
Da wir umziehen würden wir unsere Wohnung zum 1.12 aufgeben.
