Im Bad gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung sowie einen Spiegelschrank und einen Unterbauschrank am Waschbecken. Ein Fahrradkeller sowie ein Kellerabteil stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage in Donaunähe und ca. 2 min zu Fuß vom Arnulfsplatz entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Busse halten am Arnulfsplatz.
