I am leaving Regensburg on the 15th of August, and I need to rent my actual apartment.
It contains 1 bedroom and Toilet/Shower in the 1st part, and the kitchen is separated in the 2nd part (door to door)
Optionally, I can leave the oven, heating plate, fridge, TV, washing machine (needs reparation) and some tables.
My actual internet cable (100Mbits/s) can be transferred to the new user if needed (otherwise, you need to wait 3 weeks for a new application)
