Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem drum und dran. Neben einem Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Sofa, Fernseher etc.
Natürlich zählt auch
ein Bad mit Dusche und eine Küchendiele zur Ausstattung.
Es ist eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden und auch das WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung nördlich gerichtet und dementsprechend im Sommer auch nicht all zu warm.
Die Wohnung ist ein wunderschöner Altbau mit Balken an der Decke im Herzen Regensburgs. Sie wäre perfekt für ein Pärchen geeignet.
