Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Derzeit wohne ich allein darin, eignet sich aber super für Paare. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei Bädern, einer geräumigen Küche, einem grossen hellen Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Highlight ist die super moderne Küche und der schöne Gasofen im Wohnzimmer. Bei Fragen einfach melden :)
In 5 Minuten kann man zufuß die Altstadt erreichen und wohnt somit super zentral aber doch ruhig.
Die Vermieter wünschen sich eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen als Nachmieter. Der Umbau zu einer WG ist leider nicht gewünscht.
