Die Wohnung hat drei schöne, helle Zimmer aus denen man entweder drei Schlafzimmer oder zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer machen kann.
Der große Balkon ist für tolle Grillabende perfekt gemacht.
Viel Stauraum bieten auch die chicen Einbauschränke, die in fast jedem Raum vorzufinden sind.
Auch, dass die Wohnung teilmöbliert ist, macht einen großen Vorteil aus.

Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und man ist in 5 Minuten am Bismarckplatz. Zu Fuß zum Arnulfsplatz sind es auch nur 12 Minuten.
Auch der Weg in die Uni beansprucht lediglich 20 Minuten, ohne Umstieg.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der man aber auch als Student nicht gelangweilt ist.

Da wir zum 1.11 umziehen, müssen wir unsere schöne Wohnung leider aufgeben. Sie ist aber super geeignet für eine 2er/3er-WG, auch Familien oder Paare sind hier gut aufgehoben!
