Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, sie befindet sich im vierten Stock ohne Lift daher sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Das Treppensteigen wird durch regelmäßige Sonnenuntergänge in der Küche belohnt.
Mit der Linie 7 oder dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof,daher sehr zentral aber in ruhiger umgebung gelegen. Im Haus gibt es 10 Parteien, die Nachbarn sind alle nett und ruhig.
Gesucht wird im Bestfall ein Paar zwischen 25 und 40 ohne Kinder. Haustiere sind in der Hausgemeinschaft nicht erlaubt. Es gibt einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
