Ich vermiete eine gemütliche Mansardenwohnung in Schwabelweis. Die 78 qm verteilen sich auf 3.5 Zimmer. Leider ist die Wohnung jetzt erst mal nur für ca.2 Jahre zu vermieten. Beheizt wir sie mit einem Ölofen mit zentraler Ölversorgung. Heizöl und Strom werden extra bezahlt. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Viele Möbel könnten vom Vormieter (29) abgelöst werden. Hier zu wohnen ist echt schön, die Donau mit den Schwabelweiser Stufen ist grad 5 min entfernt. Von der Küche aus seht ihr den grünen Keilberg beim Kochen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Bushaltestelle ist eine Fußminute entfernt.
