Die Wohnung hat zwei große Zimmer (29&25qm), eine große Küche und ein Bad mit Toilette und Badewanne.
Eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Backofen ist vorhanden und bedarf keiner Ablöse.
Das Haus liegt in einer Einfahrt auf der Rückseite der Stadtamhof-Promenade und ist daher sehr ruhig, aber zentral gelegen. Eine umgebaute Garage mit Kellerabteilen und einem Fahrradkeller befindet sich in der Einfahrt.
Die Parksituation ist mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis gut lösbar.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse eine Minute von der Steinernen Brücke entfernt. In die Altstadt dauert es auch nicht lange und zur Haltestelle Thundorferstr sind es gute 5 minuten und für die ganz Faulen gibts eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür(17er).
