Die bisherige 3-er WG zieht wegen Studienende aus und die Wohnung wird zum 31.8. komplett frei. Ideale Lage zu Innenstadt und zu Hochschule/Uni. Sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse im obersten (zweiten) Stock einer Wohnanlage. Ein grosser Balkon nach Süden, einer nach Westen. Die Küche ist leider nicht sehr groß aber komplett ausgestattet. Teilweise Parkett.

Die Wohnung liegt in Fußnähe zur Altstadt, Stadtpark und Dörnbergpark ganz in der Nähe. Fast vor dem Haus halten die Buslinien 1 und 4, die in die Altstadt und sogar bis zur Uni fahren.
