Ich suche für meine wunderschöne Wohnung in Netphen einen Nachmieter zum 1.04.
Das Apartment ist ca. 27 km² groß und besteht aus einem Wohn-/ Schlafraum, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem kleinen Flur mit Küchenzeile.
Die Anbindungen zur Uni liegen günstig. Mit dem Auto braucht man keine 10 Minuten und die Bushaltestelle liegt auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Warmmiete beträgt 260 Euro.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist grade mal 2 Minuten entfernt und im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten gibt es einen Bäcker, Metzger, einen REWE XL und weitere kleine Läden.
Weiter die Straße rauf liegt einen großen Sportpark mit einem Schwimmbad, einer Eishalle und anderen Freizeitangeboten, wie Tennis, Badminton oder diversen Sportkursen.
Studenten am Anfang ihrer Studienzeit werden bevorzugt
