Suche einen Nachmieter für meine 3-Raum-Wohnung in Groß Klein.
Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und großzügig. Vom Flur gehen Zimmer 1, Bad, Wohnzimmer und das Zimmer 2 ab, an das Wohnzimmer schließt sich die Küche an.
Die Wohnung ist Wg-geeignet. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Der Balkon ist groß und durch Scheiben verschließbar.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil, sowie ein Fahrradkeller.
Vermietet wird die Wohnung von der WIRO, so fällt auch keine Courtage an.
Die Reinigung des Hausflurs, sowie die Räumung im Winter werden durch die WIRO bewerkstelligt.
Die Kaltmiete ist eine Aktion der WIRO für junge Leute unter 27.
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befindet sich ein LIDL und ein Rewe, sowie Apotheke, Bäcker und ein Ärztehaus.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, nach Warnemünde sind es nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit mit der S-Bahn.
