Monatsweise angeboten wird eine komplett möblierte Altbauwohnung im Hansaviertel unweit vom Holbeinplatz.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Schlafzimmer und großen Wohnzimmer gut geeignet für Singles oder Pärchen geeignet.
Das Wohnzimmer läuft unter Mitnutzung da sporadisch und jeweils mit Voranmeldung von mir als Studio genutzt.
Altbau ist in dem Fall ganz wörtlich zu nehmen, da neben der rustikalen Einrichtung ausschließlich über einen Ofen i.d. Küche geheizt wird. Eine gewisse Vorerfahrung mit dieser Heiztechnik ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil.
Ebenfalls in der Küche befindet sich die Dusche.
