Ich suche zum 01.06.23 eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in der KTV. Sie ist 47 m² groß, hat 1,5 Zimmer und ein helles, geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und großem Fenster. Die Miete beträgt aktuell aufgrund der gesteigerten Energiekosten der vergangenen Monate 550 € warm, darin enthalten ist eine Einbauküche.

Mit der Borwinstraße befindet sich die Wohnung in einer tollen Lage im Herzen der KTV. Du bist gut an den ÖPNV angebunden: du gehst circa 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Kabutzenhof) und circa 10--15 Minuten zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle Parkstraße. Auch den Doberaner Platz kannst du bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung findest du einen Netto, außerdem ist es nicht weit zum Einkaufscenter Neptunwerft (Edeka, ALDI, Rossmann).

Ich habe in den letzten 2,5 Jahren sehr gerne hier gewohnt. Im Haus ist es ruhig und die Nachbar*innen sind freundlich. Die Vermietung erfolgt durch einen privaten Vermieter, mit dem die Kommunikation stets angenehm verlaufen ist.
