Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der ktv nahe dem Ulmemcampus ein Balkon, Keller, und Fahrradkeller gehören dazu. Das Wannenbad und die drei Zimmer sowie Küche sind mit großem Fenster ausgestattet.
Der Grüne Innenhof lädt im Sommer zum Grillen und Chillen ein.
Wir haben einen Hund, was von Seiten der Hausverwaltung kein Problem ist.
Nächsten Monat werden die alten Türen durch schöne neue Holztüren ersetzt. Der Boden wurde 2009 saniert.
Wir tauschen die Wohnung gegen eine zwei oder drei Zimmer Wohnung nahe des Lindenparks.
